Return Policy

  • Send-In Repairs: All repair services include a 30-day warranty covering the work performed. If an issue related to our service arises within 30 days, we'll fix it at no additional cost.
  • Prebuilts: Covered by a 30-day warranty. Returns are also accepted within this window, provided the customer covers return shipping costs.
  • Warranties cover defects in workmanship, not new physical damage, liquid damage, or issues caused by user modification after delivery.
